Eden Spa & Salon is a place of relaxation. Please respect other guests’ right to peace and privacy. Please speak in a low voice, do not smoke, and put your telephone on silent mode. It is strictly forbidden to take photos or videos in the presence of other guests.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your treatment. We recommend that you leave your valuables in the lockers provided in the changing rooms. Eden Spa & Salon declines all responsibility in the event of theft or loss.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please inform us at least 4 hours in advance so that we can reorganise our schedule. In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to refuse any future bookings.
If you are late, we will do our utmost to offer you the full duration of your treatment. However, if this is not possible, the duration of the experience will be reduced and the full price will apply.
Use of the changing rooms, sauna and hammam and reservation of the jacuzzi are reserved exclusively for customers who have booked a spa treatment.
Gift cards are available for purchase. These are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, valid for twelve months from the date of issue, and must be presented at the time of treatment.
All personal information shared with our staff is treated as confidential. Eden Spa & Salon respects your privacy and is committed to protecting all personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
Eden Spa & Salon’s culture is based on the principle that ‘the customer is always right’. However, when it comes to the safety and well-being of our staff, we adopt a ‘zero tolerance’ approach. If a client displays any form of harassment (verbal, visual, or physical), the treatment will be stopped immediately, and the employee will be removed from the situation.
Use of the spa facilities (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi) is at your own risk. Please follow the posted instructions for use to ensure your safety and that of other customers.
All products purchased from Eden Spa & Salon cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase. We advise you to check your choice carefully before making your purchase.
